| 10.15 am | Presentation of webshop and exhibitor handbook on website by Michael Helm, Project Manager, OCC. What to be aware of, who are the main contacts, and what are the deadlines. |
| 10.15 am | What can and should the fair do for you? How do you add value? by Jakob Dyrbye, Faust Dyrbye The personal meeting – what can it do? Inspiring insights for your exhibition participation before, during, and after the fair. The presentation will focus on how to prepare, how to act at the fair, and how to pick up afterwards. This will be spiced up with quick-to-implement low-hanging fruit and useful tools for the process. |
| 11.15 am | Presentation of OCC’s new learning platform – MESSEAKADEMIET by Kaya Nielsen, OCC MESSEAKADEMIET – a platform with learning videos and online tools to guide you safely through the process of your exhibition participation. The platform is a free offer to all exhibitors at VVS’23. |
| 11.30 am | Information and demonstration of Lead Scanning by Eventbuizz by Michael Helm, OCC Data collection is key and for this we would like to present some of the possibilities of Eventbuizz Lead Scanning. See how you can automate the processes from the first contact with the guests. |
